What about molybdenum and EGCG?
For every 100mg of zinc I take at least 2.5mg of molybdenum, and at least 600mg of egcg, it fluctuates a lot because of how much I do...

In constant calibration, which is why it took me a while to post online.

I was too impatient to lower the dosage to do it easier lol.

Sore throat is usually low Biotin.

And in your first few weeks, you may experience more detox reactions like flem in the throat or whatnot.

If you're having trouble breathing I would suggest extra biotin and molybdemum. But I'd have to know more symptoms.

Be generous with biotin
Last night my youngest woke me up around 3am. I got her back to sleep and then noticed all of a sudden I felt panicky and air hungry. I just did the first thing I thought of which was to go and put a pinch of biotin on my tongue. Almost immediately the feeling passed and I was able to go back to sleep. I thought about taking molybdenum at that time too, but wasn’t sure so I didn’t.

Wow, this symptoms tracker does work, as well as how the body can quickly go from high iron to high copper. So, I've been complaining of cold feet, but this morning my feet (and my whole body) has been feeling warm and felt like I was dipping in and out of hot flashes. Plus, I woke up with swollen nasal passages, heavy feeling in the head, brain fog, slight headache. The headache continued to bother me, so when I went to the symptoms tracker, I saw headache and warm hands for the need for more EGCG and molybdenum. I took both 1/2 hour ago and I'm feeling all my symptoms subsiding. Standard medicine would have told me to take a pain killer, which could have also helped but would leave the rest of my body more depleted and more mineral unbalanced.

I have been similar symptoms to you during the day only that what prompted me to supplement with magnesium I am so scared of taking more than 500 mg of ecgc after your comment I bit the bullet and took another 500 egcg with some molybdenum I hoping that it works for me too… I will update if it does.

How much ecgc are taking in total ?

Okay so today was my 4th dose. I’m doing once a day, because I’m still nervous to add a second dose in the same day. After I took the dose I felt completely fine, no nausea or anything at all. I tried to go to the bathroom, but felt slightly constipated. A few hours later I started to feel super super nauseous and incredibly anxious as well as weak and lightheaded. I have an Oura ring and my heart rate got up to around 145. I also had a metallic taste in my mouth. Still figuring out the symptoms tracker, but took more zinc and molybdenum. A few minutes later I had the urge to go to the bathroom and had a huge bowel movement. After that, the really bad feeling passed and my heart rate went back down. I don’t really have an appetite at all, but I’ve been taking bites of steak and beans all day. That was a few hours ago, and besides feeling a little fatigued and a little weak, I feel fine now.

You may need more egcg, if you start getting headaches and warm hands and feet with insomnia, adhere to #3

Thank you! I was kind of thinking that, but it’s been a few hours now and so far no symptoms from #3. I’ll definitely keep that in mind.

Today I stuck with 50% of the protocol, measured out exactly.

There were no issues but I was fatigued, possibly from yesterday still. I took a nap and then was still tired and slight brain fog. I just laid and watched TV the rest of the day. None of it was bad enough for me to mess with balancing something or other. Not sure what would be the answer for fatigue /exhaustion / brain fog.

Just an hour ago I had some slight anxiety and a little biotin fixed it fast.

I think I'm ready to full dose in the next couple days since I'm still off work.

Fatigue is usually low molybdenum, I would increase your molybdenum slightly from your original dose.

As I stated, I take about 3mg per 100mg of zinc, and about 600-1000mg of egcg per 100mg of zinc. It entirely depends on how I feel.

I do this way less structured than you're all doing which is why it took me so long to find a standard to recommend.

Thank you, it's crazy how much these metals copper and iron mess us up. I took biotin and a little more molybdenum and my head now feels clear.

I now remember someone else earlier in this thread being super tired and you recommending molybdenum. Looking back, I was in such a daze earlier and now I'm thinking clear. I feel like I've got most angles covered now from real world experience. Going to take the full protocol tomorrow.

Also really shows, like you have mentioned, that we are all starting from a different place, so the start is going to take some figuring out for each of us. I'm sure I'm high on both copper and iron. My most recent blood test showed my iron and Ferritin normal but more toward the high end. I remember the nurse saying that's fantastic. I haven't ever really looked into iron/Ferritin and what these numbers mean.

I took 3 full doses today. I was going to do a follow up 4th dose with just EGCG, Zinc, and Molybdenum but it is getting too late and I do not want to be up late making adjustments if any need to be made.

Crazy to take so much zinc and uptake it right?

Have you begun to feel the minor shifts in your skull yet?

Did you have any issues balancing the amounts of everything when you first started? I don't recall seeing you having any issues.

I wonder what the difference is between people that this goes easy for them and others who have some issues balancing.

I had no issues with balancing. I always did the full dose but was very careful to get the ratios right. So for me the ratio has been spot on. I only had slight nausea a couple times but nothing bad at all.
