I've done it a number of different ways. This time I have been taking it sublingually because this makes sure you get all the dose and it absorbs directly into the bloodstream.

I have previously applied it directly to the genitals and also had good effects.

Sorry forgot to say dose. 5mg androsterone, 40mg progesterone 5 mg dhea (5 drops of cortinon+ in the 8:1 progesterone to DHEA ratio).

Other affects to note btw. Insane muscle recovery and a lot of energy. Definitely feel a lot less tired upon waking. Also able to handle stressful situations better.
