I am new to this forum and am hoping someone might be able to suggest what bio analysis test or tests I should take to further my journey back to metabolic health. I have been avoiding pufas like the plague since August. I have also shifted to a diet of highly digestable carbs, beef, white fish and raw dairy. Sadly since about June, I have not slept through the night. At first I was getting up a lot, but now it seems I just get up around 4 am and can, most times, fall back asleep after peeing, until 6am. I do have some neuropathy in my left foot under 1st and 2nd toes. Body temp when I wake up is generally 97.1-5.
Honestly that's why I'm asking. I know this is going to take a long time, I'm just looking to push it along a bit. Should I get thyroid testing, hormone testing, or what?
