Looking at his posts re calcium in this thread going back in time, it looks like one could start off with just magnesium by itself, or with magnesium and about half as much calcium. And then over time add or subtract each depending on symptoms…

thanks for attaching this.

So this is what I figured in regards to Ca to Mg ratio using Magnoil;
ingested Ca from dairy and supplement is absorbed about 30%, if we used then an oral Mg supplement like Mg Glycinate, we can use the 1:1 to 3:1 ratio, since even the glycinate may have a similar absorption, however, Magnoil is absorbed nearly 100%, so we want to take 70% less of it, for every 1000mg of Ca, we don't want more than 300mg of Magnoil.

I have seen back in this thread that most people after they saturate levels, they do well on 5/10 drops per day, I think that would be 75 to 150mg?

Roughly yes.. Closer to 65 to 135mg

If there’s 333 mg in 25 drops: 333/25 = 13.32/1
There’ll be 13.32 mg in one drop,
In 5 drops there’ll be 5 x 13.32 = 66.6
And in 10 drops there'll be 10 x 13.32 = 133.2
