Hi, despite being a fit and active 39-year-old, I've had a few issues that have plagued much of my adult life, namely:
-erectile dysfunction (I've tested my NO levels, using strips and they are constantly low, despite taking L-arginine/Citrulline, which I've come to realise is unlikely to help, anyway etc.)
-lack of deep connections with people (possibly through lack of enthusiasm and being too laid back and coming across as unbothered, I also tend to go inside my head and struggle with what to say, particularly in relationships)
-self-esteem/confidence
-Optimism and enthusiasm
-focus and motivation
-cognition and emotional ability
-Not being able to chat about a variety of things
and after trying so many things and searching high and low, a number of arrows are pointing to potential genetic deficiencies, possibly to do with a fast ComT gene (apparently common with those of Asian descent, my mother is Japanese) MTHFR and NOS3 for starters. Does this all seem feasible?
