You can choose many different rates of compression. That might have something to do with it. The more you compress the worse the quality of the audio gets.

No, it's not you Blossom.
If you go and scan through our video interview section,
you'll see the big difference.
Most are around 10, then there's a few more like 80.
My MP3 player can't digest those big ones for some reason.
I'm a computer imbecile though.
