Ive just taken my first 1 mg injection of hydroxycobalamin.

Started taking lots of B12 (methylB12 and AdenosinB12) sublingual a week ago after checking my blood work. My vitamin A was up to 3.0 again, and i got a shock.

Started reading inside this forum, found this thread. And after only the first 30 minutes after taking B12 sublingual i got warmer, and had more energy.
So i took more, and more, and got better and better.
Just like @Mosaic I have gotten som acne. Or its more like redness and rashes. My intuition suspects its an increase in retinoic acid detox, or some sorts. Some people have reported that detoxing vitamin A affects their skin.

I feel great. But sublingual B12 all day is not practical. And i easily get cold again if i forget to take it. So i looking forward to now testing injections.

I've also just had my first B12 shot. It was smooth. I barely felt the injection, the needle is so thin. The only problem I had was with air building up inside the syringe. I think I was sucking the liquid out of the vial too fast. Getting rid of the air was a mess.

Dont think pulling back to check for air is an issue with subcutaneous injections unless you're anorexic or something. Even then venous injections aren't known to cause issues afaik. Just stab and plunge lol
I'm talking about pulling back to check if you're pulling up blood...
I don't think even nurses are doing that much? People are just trying to get lucky 100% of the time... :D
